Each country stands unique with their legal terms. It is an executive non-departmental public body of the ministry of Justice providing assistance to poor to access the court system and ensuring equality before the law, the right to counsel and fair trial. Also renders services to the proceedings before the court or authority or tribunal. Legal aid is not a charity but it is the duty of a welfare state and an instrument, by which poor get justice and legal advice or legal representation by a member of legal profession which is being provided by states under administrative rules.
