Sexual disorders prevent or reduce an individual’s enjoyment or normal sex to have the desire, arousal or orgasm. These disorders can be classified by the phase of the sexual cycle in which they occur. Phase one is hypoactive desire, which is basically a disinterest in sexual activity. Phase two is an aversion to sex which is different from simple hypoactive sexual desire; this is most often the result of a traumatic sexual experience. Erectile dysfunction is the inability of male to attain or sustain erection long enough for coitus and for the females to become sexually aroused is the sexual arousal disorder. Diagnosis is made only when the disability persists, some are temporarily caused because of fatigue, stress, sickness, alcohol or drugs. If a sexual problem is not managed efficiently, it is evident for them to fast re-emerge. It is always good to have a thorough assessment from professionals and therapists who are qualified to manage sexual problems.
