Infertility is the inability to conceive even after having a regular sex which also refers to the biological inability of an individual to contribute to conception, or to a female who cannot carry a pregnancy to its full term. Infertility problems in women are due to failure to ovulate, blockages in the fallopian tubes, disorders in the uterus such as fibroids or endometriosis and some cases of infertility have no cause termed as idiopathic infertility. The age of both woman and man is also a significant factor as the fertility starts to progressively drop for a female from 32 years and for a man from the age of 40 years. Some of the other factors are smoking, alcohol consumption, obese, eating disorders, being vegan as the intake of iron , folic acid and other vitamins are inadequate, not exercising, sexually transmitted infections and exposure to chemicals and mental stress.
