Wholesale, as the name indicates, is the selling of goods or services or any other commodities to another sellers or middle men instead of delivering it directly to the customers. If we take the example of any business, it is evident that the principal source of the supply is mainly dependent on wholesalers. However, there are times when the wholesalers are mere part of the long supply chain. Here, the transactions are done between wholesalers. As the wholesale products are not being sold to the end user, wholesalers are not supposed to levy the kind of tax on their products intended for the consumers. Even the banking industry resorts to wholesale banking as a measure to appease the big customers.
