Internet has become an inseparable part of the lives of people. This is because it is the major source of information, education and entertainment. One is labeled an internet addict when it has become as obsession to spend hours in front of the internet, spending time in chat rooms, game sites and adult sites. Such people will lose interest in other activities with their friends and family and spend hours in the night in front of the computer. It has become a predominant habit among teenagers to spend more time in front of the computer. Many people become internet addicts due to some dissatisfaction in their lives which they are trying to compensate.
