Real estate agents are the third party intermediaries between a buyer and seller. The agents strive hard to find the interested buyers and sellers. In some countries, it requires license to become a real estate broker. It requires great negotiating skills to become a successful real estate broker. They may not sign the real estate contract, but the settlement attorney ensures that the agent gets his share before closing each case. In cases when the seller is residing far away, the licensed real estate agents will be given permission to open the box to show the property to the perspective buyers.
